More than one location

Networks get volume pricing.

Running more than one location? The best way to get pricing that fits is to reach out to us directly — we'll quote a rate for your group. The automatic volume tiers below are the default; groups that ask usually pay less.

Run several sites as a network: one clinic becomes the admin hub and manages every location — and one consolidated bill — from its Settings. Each location keeps its own login and REMS identity, and your per-location rate drops as the network grows.

1st location$180/mo
2nd location$170/mo
3rd location$160/mo
4th location and beyond$150/mo each

It's automatic — add or remove a location and the next bill adjusts. A five-location network runs $810 a month; ten locations, $1,560. Each location is still separately REMS-certified and runs its own day.

Everything is included.

There's one plan, and it has everything. No add-ons, no "contact us for the compliance tier."

The full day-of monitor

The live Today board at the front desk, the staff phone, the optional patient phone, and the owner desktop.

Automatic REMS forms

The genuine SPRAVATO® REMS Patient Monitoring Form, filled at discharge and tracked against the seven-day deadline — with email reminders before anything goes overdue and a Monday-morning weekly digest, each one toggleable.

One-click filing by fax

One click faxes the day's filled forms straight to the REMS program over a HIPAA-covered fax line under a signed BAA. Delivery is confirmed, the session is marked filed, and every transmission keeps a permanent delivery receipt.

Vitals, dosing & observations

Pre-dose / 40-minute / pre-discharge vitals, per-device lot capture, and timestamped session observations.

The enforced two-hour clock

Discharge stays locked until the FDA's two-hour monitoring window is complete — the gate is enforced in the database.

Exports & filing

Prefer to file yourself? Download per-session PDFs, end-of-day fax bundles, or CSV roll-ups, then mark the session filed.

Security included

HIPAA-eligible AWS under a signed BAA, PHI encrypted in transit and at rest, enforced two-factor, and a seven-year append-only audit log.

Pricing questions

What does "early-adopter pricing" mean?

Lucido is new, and the clinics joining now are shaping it with us — $180 a month is the rate for that. Rates will rise for new sign-ups; so far, existing clinics have stayed at the rate they started at.

Are there per-session or per-patient fees?

No. It's a flat $180 a month per clinic location, however many sessions you run. We don't meter your patients.

We run Spravato at more than one location. Can one account manage them all?

Yes — run them as a network, with one hub clinic administering the rest under one consolidated bill (pricing above). Each location still keeps its own login, name, address, DEA number, and REMS identity — every Spravato site is separately REMS-certified and files under its own name, so sessions, REMS forms, and audit trails stay cleanly its own and nothing can land under the wrong site. Each front desk still sees only its own rooms and staff.

Can we see it before subscribing?

Yes. Watch the video demo on the homepage, or request demo access and a 20-minute live walkthrough.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No setup fee, and it's month-to-month — cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Canceling blocks new sessions only; existing records, REMS filing, and exports stay available.

How does billing work?

A monthly subscription through Stripe's hosted checkout. Card details never touch Lucido, and Stripe handles billing details only — never patient data. There's a promo-code field at checkout, and the billing portal in Settings handles card updates, invoices, and cancellation.

What happens if a card payment fails?

There's a 14-day grace period, with a banner in the app. After that, starting new sessions is blocked until billing is fixed — existing records, REMS filing, and exports stay available the whole time.

Try it at your own clinic.

Sign up and set your clinic up yourself, no sales call needed, or request demo access and a 20-minute live walkthrough with the founder.
