The Spravato® inventory system, on its own.
Lucido Lite is Lucido’s controlled-substance inventory, on its own plan. Cartons are scanned in on a phone and followed to the patient who received them or to their witnessed destruction, and each month builds its own reconciliation for you to sign.
For clinics whose treatment day already runs on something they keep. Want the treatment day too? That’s Lucido.
Phone to signed month, in under two minutes.
Narrated. Demo data only, with no real patients.
Signed in with the clinic’s code and their own PIN. What needs a witness, and the 45-day clock, on the first screen.
Point the camera at the carton: strength, lot, serial and expiry are read from its barcode.
The patient, the carton and the devices given. Any not given are recorded as waste in the same step.
Cartons on hand, the 45-day limit on pharmacy-supplied ones, what is waiting for a witness, and whether the log agrees with the shelf.
Who received it, from which supplier, and how it left: given to a patient, or destroyed with a witness.
Every movement, newest first, with who handled it and a running device balance. Export any dates as a spreadsheet, or print.
Registrant, items, date, method and the two witnesses, in the form’s own order, ready to copy or keep with it.
Every carton, followed from the door to the patient or the witness.
- 01Received
Scan each carton’s barcode on the staff phone as the delivery comes in, or import the wholesaler’s order report. A carton isn’t received without its expiry.
- 02Given
Staff record each dose on the phone or at the desk, under their own name, and pick the patient from a simple roster: name, date of birth, and how their SPRAVATO® is supplied.
- 03The 45-day clock
Each pharmacy-supplied carton names its patient and counts down Janssen’s 45-day limit, with an email as it nears. Past it, Lucido won’t let the carton be given, only destroyed.
- 04Destroyed
Signed by the person who did it with their own PIN, and witnessed where you require it, on the phone or at the desk. A witness is never the person who recorded it.
One owner. Every location in one view.
Link locations under common ownership into a network and see every location’s stock, and each location’s signed months, in one place. The hub’s owner can work inside a location that allows it, or run a location from the hub with no login of its own.
Each location keeps its own shelf and its own log. Stock never moves between locations.
- 1st location
- $75/mo
- 2nd to 4th location
- $65 each/mo
- 5th location and beyond
- $55 each/mo
Five locations are $325 a month; ten, $600. Running a larger group? Ask us for a rate.
A month you sign, and a binder for the inspector.
The records a DEA inspector asks for are kept as the work happens, not assembled the night before.
- A month you sign
- Opening, received, given and destroyed, carton by carton. Signed, it becomes a record no one can edit, and if the books change later, Lucido flags the month.
- A name on every destruction
- Each destroyed carton, and each device a dose left unused, is signed by the person who did it with their own PIN, and witnessed where you require it.
- DEA records, in DEA’s order
- Destructions laid out the way Form 41 asks. A theft or loss tracked to its deadlines: notice within one business day, Form 106 within 45 days.
- Inspection day in one download
- A binder of every signed month and every destruction, with no patient names, plus the controlled-substance log as a spreadsheet.
Also kept: the Controlled Substance Log, every movement newest first, as a spreadsheet or printed; and the two spreadsheets a SPRAVATO® REMS audit asks for, the dispense data and the shipment data.
A shelf count hides the totals until staff finish, so it is a real count. Anything that doesn’t reconcile needs a written resolution.
A low-stock email, a warning as each pharmacy-supplied carton nears its 45 days, and in the first week of each month a summary of the month before.
How long the shelf will last, worked out from what your clinic actually uses.
A web app: a computer at the desk and the phones your staff already carry.
HIPAA-eligible AWS under a signed Business Associate Agreement, patient data encrypted in transit and at rest, and an audit log that can’t be edited.

Questions
What is the difference between Lucido and Lucido Lite?
Lucido Lite is the controlled-substance inventory on its own. Lucido adds the treatment day: rooms, the two-hour window, the REMS form filled as the session runs and sent in one touch, booking and reminders, and the full patient record.
Does Lucido Lite fill in the REMS monitoring form?
No. That comes with the treatment day, in Lucido. Lucido Lite keeps the inventory, including the two spreadsheets a SPRAVATO® REMS audit asks for: the dispense data and the shipment data.
Can we switch to Lucido later?
Yes, from Settings. Every patient and carton stays where it is, and the rest of Lucido turns on over the same records. Nothing is typed twice.
We run several locations. Can one person run them all?
Yes. Link locations under common ownership into a network: one hub sees every location’s stock and signed months, its owner can work inside a location that allows it, and a location can be run from the hub with no login of its own. Each location keeps its own shelf and log.
We’re a one-person clinic. Do destructions need a witness?
No. A second witness is a setting, off unless your clinic turns it on, and a witness is never the person who recorded the destruction. Where nobody else at your clinic may witness, a destruction completes on your one signature, with your own PIN, and the record says it was recorded alone.
What about DEA Form 41 and Form 106?
Lucido Lite lays out every destruction the way Form 41 asks: whole cartons with NDC, lot and serial, by date, with who destroyed and who witnessed them. After a theft or significant loss it tracks both DEA steps, the written notice to your field office within one business day and Form 106 within 45 days, and shows each as due until it is done. Form 106 itself is filed on DEA’s own site; Lucido never files it for you.
Can we bring in our current log? What about cartons already on the shelf?
Your current log stays your record for the months before you start; Lucido Lite’s log begins on the day you do. Cartons already on the shelf are added on the Inventory page, one by one with their lot and serial, and a first count on the phone then checks the shelf against the log. From then on, deliveries come in from the wholesaler’s order report and a scan of each carton, and your patient roster can be imported from a CSV.
What do our patients see?
Nothing. Lucido Lite sends patients nothing: no reminders, no texts, no patient phone. Its emails go to the clinic owner, and they carry counts and cartons, never a patient’s name.
